This privacy policy describes how Seven Skills Tutoring ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data when you use this website at sevenskillstutoring.com.

Who we are

Seven Skills Tutoring is operated by Michael Carragher, registered at Carisbrooke House, Royal Quarter, Seven Kings Way, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 5BS. The website itself is built and maintained by Kabooly Ltd as part of a managed website service.

What data we collect

We only collect personal data when you submit it directly via our contact form. That is:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your child's first name (optional)
• Subject, level, exam board and location (optional)
• Any details you include in the message field

How we use your data

Form submissions are emailed to michael@sevenskillstutoring.com so Michael can reply to your enquiry. Form submissions are processed and delivered by Cloudflare. We do not store form submissions in any database.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to measure how many people visit the site and which pages they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes information such as your approximate location, device type, browser and the pages you view.

Analytics only runs if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner. Until then, Google Analytics is held in a denied consent state and sets no cookies. Our lawful basis for this processing is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing site data for sevenskillstutoring.com and choosing "Decline" when the banner reappears.

IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. Google may process analytics data outside the UK; Google relies on standard contractual clauses for those transfers. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and we do not run Google Ads, Facebook Pixel or any other advertising tracker.

Cookies

Aside from the analytics cookies described above, and short-lived security cookies set by our host Cloudflare, this site sets no cookies. See our cookie policy for full detail.

Data retention

Email enquiries received via this site are retained in Michael's email inbox for as long as is reasonable to maintain the conversation, and deleted when no longer needed. We do not aggregate or sell any personal data.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, to ask us to delete your data, and to object to processing. To make a request, email michael@sevenskillstutoring.com.

If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of the page.
