Who we are

Seven Skills Tutoring is operated by Michael Carragher, registered at Carisbrooke House, Royal Quarter, Seven Kings Way, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 5BS. The website itself is built and maintained by Kabooly Ltd as part of a managed website service.

What data we collect

We only collect personal data when you submit it directly via our contact form. That is:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your child's first name (optional)
• Subject, level, exam board and location (optional)
• Any details you include in the message field

How we use your data

Form submissions are emailed to michael@sevenskillstutoring.com so Michael can reply to your enquiry. Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare Pages Functions and delivered by Resend (resend.com). We do not store form submissions in any database.

Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-respecting and does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track visitors across websites.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any other third-party tracking.

Cookies

This site does not set any first-party cookies. See our cookie policy for full detail.

Data retention

Email enquiries received via this site are retained in Michael's email inbox for as long as is reasonable to maintain the conversation, and deleted when no longer needed. We do not aggregate or sell any personal data.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, to ask us to delete your data, and to object to processing. To make a request, email michael@sevenskillstutoring.com.

If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
