By using sevenskillstutoring.com you agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt the site or its functions. The site is provided on an as-is basis. While we make every effort to keep information accurate, we do not warrant the completeness or currency of every page.

Tutoring services

Engagements for tutoring services are agreed directly with Michael Carragher, separately from this website. Pricing on the pricing page is indicative; specific arrangements (frequency, duration, payment terms) are confirmed in writing before tutoring begins.

Cancellation policy

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice incur no charge. Less than 24 hours' notice is charged at the full session rate. Flexibility is given for illness and emergencies.

Intellectual property

All written content, design and resources on this site are owned by Kabooly Ltd or Michael Carragher and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential or special losses arising out of use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
